Support crew members
Most riders are accompanied by friends and/or family members who act as their personal support crews during the three-day journey. All support crew members, including children, must also register for the Cardiac Challenge. Remember this is a fundraising event and we ask Support personal to get into the spirit of the ride and assist us to reach our target. Each Adult Support person is required to raise a minimum of $200. We have provided you with the tools to do this - your own profile page.
Adults (17 years and over)
“Early bird” registration fee: $180
If you pay your registration fee prior to May 31, 2017, you will qualify for the “early bird” discounted fee of $180.

*No “early bird” discounts apply to child registration fees.
The registration fee covers meals and other participant support services, as well as operational costs associated with running such a major event. Each support crew member will also receive an official Mount Franklin Cardiac Challenge 2017 support crew shirt (See “Rider info” for more details.)

A registered support participant who wishes to cancel their registration for the 2017 Cardiac Challenge and withdraw from the event, will have their registration fee converted to a donation, and will receive a tax-deductible donation receipt for the donation. This can be done through the supporter's Fundraising Dashboard on the Cardiac Challenge website.
Note: Any money raised by a support participant as part of their fundraising commitment to the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation will not be refunded, as it has been raised on the behalf of the Foundation.
